Adam Reynolds
Playing career
Adam played varsity basketball at Minooka community where he was two time all conference in the southwest prairie and two time all area in both the Joliet and Morris daily herald. Adam led the team in points, rebounds, assists, and three point percentage as a junior, and led again in points and rebounds as a senior. During his senior year, the Indians enjoyed their first 20 win season since 1977.
Following high school, Adam went on to play for Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. Adam started all three seasons he spent with the Eagles. Adam scored 969 points, brought down 568 rebounds, blocked 69 shots, and currently sits 2nd all-time in field goal percentage at .582. Adam was first team all-conference his senior year. During his three year span with the team the Eagles were 72-15, winning three straight conference titles. The Eagles appeared in the national tournament in back to back years and made it to the National championship game in 2016 where they finished the season 31-1.
Coaching Career
Adam is in his third season coaching with the Ambush. He has also been one of the main coaches at our skills camps. This will be Adam’s second year coaching our 14U team.
Adam is also currently an assistant coach at his Alma Mater, Benedictine University.
