About Us
Illinois Ambush was organized in 2011 by Garrett Callahan with the help from Robert Rexroade and Brennan Callahan. The purpose was to establish a youth basketball program based between the big cities of Illinois (Chicago, Peoria, Rockford, and Champaign) that would give young men and women of all economic backgrounds a chance to play against the highest level of competition and to experience different people and places and hopefully use the opportunity to boost their chances of going to college.
Our Mission
Illinois Ambush is on a mission to help our youth develop basketball, people, and life skills through positive coaching and unforgettable experiences that will last a lifetime.
